Dutchco is kicking off their great Stools reissue program with the classic
Meat The Stools.

Not only does it include the original art work and songs from the early 90's benchmark CD, it includes a number of bonus cuts that you would normally find only on a box set, but you can enjoy them here at single CD prices.

The hit "spring break" single that swept parts of America and Florida.

GOOD MORNING:
From the summer of 1990. Not so much the summer of love as the summer of
"I'll call you in the morning".

LAST BREATH:
No, it's not "Last Breast". They are singing "Last Breaths". Although...hmmmm

TAKE OUT A LOAN:
A true story about the time Antonio lost his wallet and...Oh wait. He was
married then. It's a fiction. The whole thing. Just made up out of thin air.
Honest.

WALK RIGHT IN:
Inspired by Fuzzy Hunter's "Walkin' Blues", from the Led Zeppelin school of
ripping of the dead black guys.

LAY SOME PIPE:
The first song the band ever played on The Duane Ingalls Glasscock Show.

DISPOSABLE GIRLFRIEND:
The song that broke the Stools' back, and spun them off in another
direction.

WOP KILLER
A celebration of the 500th anniversary of Chris Columbus' bogus discovery.
Touched off the fabled East Coast/West Coast feud that took the life of
8-track Sukur and Laborious F.I.G.

CHANTILLY LACE
The Big Bopper reaches out and touches Herbie Handcock.

ICE BERG
The Beastie Boys weren't keeping it real so the Stools felt they had to.

BRADY'S
Remember a few years back when every other Brady Bunch cast member was
coming out with a book about how they would bang each other? I think even
Jim Brady tagged Jan before he took a couple to the hat rack.

HOLD ON
Brad Delp, from the legendary band RTZ (oh, and Boston) stopped by a Stools
gig at the Hard Rock in Boston for a little fun.

ITALIAN ICE (Live)
Do we really need three versions of this song? Apparently we do. From the
late Cosmo's last gig with the band.

THE BALLAD OF JOHN WAYNE BOBBITT
Recorded live at a sound check before one of those big arena shows with the
bells and whistles and lasers and all that kind of Who Struck Johnny.

TOO EASY
A demo version of a song written the morning after Kurt Cobain's death that
Al Floss wouldn't release because he thought he had a chance with the Widow
Love.

ITALIAN ICE (Unplugged)
They didn't want to do it, but it was a craze that swept through the early
90s.
