Album Notes

Formed in the early part 2000 by Ray Vidal (Guitarist) and Steve
Post (Bassist). They began showcasing extensively through out
the Los Angeles local Club scene, impressively drawing
large crowds with there high energy, melodic driven
arena rock and attracting major attention. Eventually
opened the doors to opening for 80's Rock act RATT.
The Band regularly performing at the Whisky, The Key
Club, The Roxy, Hard Rock Café, and Paladino's. By the
end of 2001 STORYTELLER was one of the most popular
Rock Bands in L.A., performing over 70+ shows.
Nominated for more awards than any other band in L.A.
at the RCN Awards and taking home the award for "Best
Song writing" of 2001.

In 2002 the band concentrated on high-profile shows
with national acts such as MR. BIG, WINGER, LYNCH MOB,
RATT and L.A. GUNS. Along with showcasing for industry
executives, the band went into the studio to start
working on their first full length CD with singer Steven Hunter
and Drummer Billy Keane. In Late Oct 2002, STORYTELLER was
contacted by (RCN) to inform them they were once again nominated
for awards in more categories than any other band in L.A. This
time taking home the awarded for "Best Hard Rock Band" of
2002.

"Only the strong survive" Storytellers first full
length CD was released on March 12, 2003. She's Gone
was the first single, receiving local and over sea's
air play. The band opened for Atlantic recording
artist Lou Gramm formerly of "FOREIGNER" and booking
shows throughout the United States for a summer and
fall tour '03. However, tragedy visited the band.
Jamie Tisdale, producer and unofficially the fifth
member of the band was found dead in his North
Hollywood, home on March 14, 2003 of diabetes
complications. The band though shocked, continued.
They brought in keyboard vet, and personal friend
Richard Alexander, (AMBROSIA) to complete their summer
commitments.

In April of 2005 Storyteller released a 8 song EP
entitled "Between the Sheets". with singer Kenny Charles
and on drums Stuart Weinstien. A mixture of remixes
and a few new songs. The Band has been out performing
around the country and opening for WAR AND PEACE,
RICHIE KOTZEN, UNION, BANG TANGO, and WARRANT.

STORYTELLER is working on a new CD now tentatively
called "Blue jean Girl". slated for release in April
of 2006 and will embark on there first U.S. Tour.

Damn the cd sold out again

I can't belive I was able to catch these guy's in Kingman Arizona last October. What an honer to see them perform in my home town before they are some big signed arena band. GREAT JOB STORYTELLER KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK , CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU HERE AGAIN IN APRIL
