Patricia is a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui System of Natural Healing andhas been practicing and teaching meditation for over 20 years. Patricia studied Yogas for 3 years back in the 80's and learned how to meditate. She discovered that most people in our culture need and want to know how to begin how to relax, how to stop the incessant mind chatter.
She designed these simple but effect techniques to help others become familiar with deep relaxation to allow the body. mind and spirit to find that place of quiet serenity; how to go within and ultimately regain the vital energy called chi.
This CD is a beginning, once you train the mind to relax it will be welcomed and you will want to make it a part of your everyday life.

This album takes your mind on a journey

When I am on the road and stressed out or at home and stressed.... I put this album in. Within minutes I am calm and 9 times out of 10 it puts me into the most restfull sleep I have had in a while. Funny thing is I should listen to this album more often but I only seem to grab it when I am in the most need of it. I cant recommend this album highly enough!!
