"Rising jamband"* Strange Pleasures has grown from an Omaha, Nebraska mainstay to a regional favorite and international conspiracy. Weaving rock, funk, blues, jazz, and psychedelic pop influences into an eerily cohesive texture, Strange Pleasures brings a powerful original sound with strong vocals and accomplished players. Hooking crowds of tour kids and barflies with danceable twirls, jam-friendly covers, and insightful and sarcastic lyrics, the band enjoys launching the party at whim into the improvisational Netherworld with explosive synergy and pinpoint accuracy.
