STREGA was formed in 2003 by Gianfranco Ferri (guitar, lead voice), Conor Bell (drums, vocals), and Robert Messina (bass, vocals). The music is influenced by British 80's rock and Jazz, classic American 60's and 70's rock and Mediterranean blues/folk. The result is a fierce, soulful, and melodic hard rock and dark blues. Recorded by Mat Strickland at H.I.T. Wall studios in South San Francisco, CA.
