Album Notes

Husband and wife team Will Troy and Jen Garrett have been making delicious fuzz pop in their Seattle basement since April 2005. They stumbled across Chuckles in a Portland thrift store and Stuporhero was born.
In previous lives Jen and Will rocked the Northwest with punk band Tarantulada, while Chuckles ruled Europe with Tea Party Massacre. Mixed up in Stuporhero’s magic pop potion are sounds reminiscent of Guided by Voices, The Flaming Lips, Neutral Milk Hotel, and Yo La Tengo. Rock and roll saved their lives.
