The essence of riding the subway
author: Dave Hay
I lived in NYC for ten years back when I was young and broke, and spent many hours on the subways. (Among other things, it was a great place to meet girls!) When my friend first gave me this CD, I fell in love with it. It took me back there! (I am glad that CDs don't wear out the way records did.)
But then I left my pack of CDs behind in an airport one afternoon and was devastated to realize I had lost that particular one.
Imagine my pleasure some years later, when I discovered I could replace it through your web site. I even bought an extra copy for my son, who's living in New York now. (It's his turn to be young and broke.)
Thanks!

A brilliant teaching resource!
author: Campbell
This CD inspires music students to get out there and perform. My students loved the real sounds of the subway, it is a great example of working this city as a musician. Many a New York City School Monday morning music lesson has begun with a track from this CD!
