Album Notes

If ever there was a band, Subsist is it.

The embodiment of everything rock and roll stands for.

the pursuit of individual freedoms, rebellion, consumption of substances until very ill...no.

Not really.

Subsist has been shredding the scene ever since 1996 with what started as a rugged punk rock sound.

Over the years, the sound has morphed into the melodic, emotional blitz we know now.

They have shared the stage with such national acts as Green Day, The Sugar Hill gang, Biz Markie, The Toasters, MxPx.

Also with up-and-coming talents like Catch-22, Link 80, Goober Patrol, Digger, and many many more.

They are known for putting 1000% of themselves into their serious and yet lighthearted live shows They have also toured to promote themselves and their first CD in PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, MS, LA, and TN, received with open arms everywhere they played.

Subsist is a band on a mission.

Rock Saddam Hussein's ass to Russia.
