Album Notes

After gaining much attention, in Europe, from the success of "the works" album. "4 a.m." is the second “official” release from Sunnworks, the sound of a full band but written and performed by one person. From the angry "4 a.m." and "too juiced" to the chaos of "edge of insanity", then calming to the mellow, sadness of "lonely walk" and "bittersweet". With trademark instrumentals like "1st impression". "4 a.m." is sure to please those who prefer original, uncomprimised, always evolving music. The album ends with the final straw of "last song", being the very last Sunnworks piece to be recorded at Bullseye Studio. Heavily downloaded since its 2003, digital only, release. "Last song" has a hint of finality, of which is not unlike the feeling of never seeing a good friend again. Also containing four tracks recorded, solely by Sunn, after his exodus into oblivion, following the dismemberment of Bullseye Studio.Quoting Sunn “It’s all about clearing my head and maintaining a few more peaceful moments”. Pick it up, maybe you can relate.
