"Food for Thought", should've been the title for this latest installment, from emcee/producer SUPA TRAV. "ONE" (One God, One King, One Love) is meant to bring more consciousness back into the Hip Hop game. While rap stations are busy with "snap music", SUPA ups the ante on his third album-omitting strip clubs and gun talk in favor of street hymns and stories of urban legends. Lyrically, the Black King's darts have never been sharper-offering a narrative/poetic style over gritty, yet mellow tracks.
