Once again these guys kick out an album of great songs. Compared to prior releases the songs here are much more lush in their arrangements and much tighter in terms of performances. Prior albums have been dominated by the excellent songwriting of Boesch and Finnegan, this album adds some really nice offerings from the other three members. There are a few sounds here that might catch you off guard, but all are welcome and show a continuation of growth! Hats off to another great Surrender Dorothy album! When is the next one coming?!?
