Album Notes

Susan Colin, a cantorial soloist near Dallas, Texas, believes sacred Jewish music should be heard at home as well as in synagogue. After hearing her voice, you'll want to take this recording everywhere. Her vocals are expressive, but well-controlled. And she sings with a clarity that's breathtaking and rare. - Dallas Morning News, Feb. 7, 2004

These CDs are wonderful! My friend sent me your 2 CDs for my birthday. They are wonderful! Tonight we're having a Chanukah party (the first night is Sabbath, too) and we're all enjoying them very much. - S.K., Washington, DC

These CDs have a permanent home in the CD player
author: Billy J. Ham
I purchased them, put them in the cd player, and like a kid with a new toy, I don’t know how many times I played them that night before I went to sleep. As I have fibromyalgia and other pain/fatigue syndromes, attaining sleep is quite hard for me. Since then these cd’s have found a home in the cd player, and many is the night that I fall to sleep with Susan’s voice soaring over the wonderful arrangements arranged and performed by Lee Tomboulian and her other equally wonderful musicians. These cd’s have a permanent home in the cd player, and one friend liked a set of the cd’s so much he never returned them. Another set of cd’s have winged their way to a friend in Sweden, and I know that he will enjoy them as much as I have enjoyed them.
