From the kids movie "Standing Ovation" comes Suzie Neustadter aka "Mrs. Wiggs" of the 2010 summer smash. Her new CD - Suzie loves performing and interacting with audiences of all ages. She has toured and travelled extensively throughout her music career. Musically Suzie has been influenced by many of the great Jazz,Pop,Broadway and Folk artists past and present. Laura Nero, Ella Fitzgerald, Barbra Streisand, Joni Mitchell.....
"Swingin' Off To Dreamland" was born from the countless wonderful nights singing her own two children (twenty one and seven!) to sleep. That's a lot of years to product test!! This CD works! It makes winding down fun for the whole family. Starting with "Pajamas", a get down and get ready for bed tune, this music and format will assist parents, grandparents, teachers and caregivers into easing children and themselves to the transition from busy day to sleep. "Count Your Blessings", track two quiets down the mind and takes thoughts to a positive and secure place where we all can reflect on appreciation and hope for the new day to come. The third track, "Close Your Eyes", subtley cues the next step in our process to fall into a restful sleep. As each song progresses, the positive messages in the lyrics, Suzie's warm, smooth vocals, and the beautiful sounds of her brilliant trio (piano-Dean Schneider, Bass-Andy Lalasis and Kevin MacConnell, Drums-Carl Mottola and Paul Jost (also on backup vocals) assist kids of all ages 0 to 100! into a cozy nights slumber.
