Suzi Shelton is riding the crest of the "kindie rock" phenomenon with her cathcy tunes and her hip pop-rock sensibilities. She has been a stand out among the current crop of kid-friendly musical performers since her days as an original member of the groundbreaking New York ensemble, The Imagination Workshop Band, and then Brooklyn's own Gillygaloo. As Suzi watched her original songs captivate her audience which now included her own children, she teamed up with producer and multi-instrumentalist Dan Siegler to produce her debut solo album SIMPLY SUZI released fall 2005. They are currently getting ready to release a second CD, No Ordinary Day on February 5th 2008.

With awards from Parents'Choice, the Children's Music Web and iParenting Media, Suzi is gaining national critical acclaim as well as a loyal following in her home base of NYC.
