Album Notes

Swanny's son Ryan finished up a degree in Recording/Sound Engineering in June of 2008. As a final project, he got his dad into the school's recording studio to lay down some of the original songs that Ryan grew up listening to.

After some discussion, it was decided to bring in some old friends to round out the sound. Jerry Rongo on drums, along with Swanny's original musical mentor Bill Villone on the electric guitar headed up a small cast of players that played on a few sessions at the studio to record the sounds used for this project. Very few takes and overdubs give it a loose, relaxed feel.

Ryan got an "A", pops got a CD of his songs, and so far everyone seems to be very happy with the whole thing... Hope you like it...
