Knoxville's SWINGSHOT - Well Worth the Whiplash
"This isn’t bounce off the wall music. This is destroy the fucking wall and anything else that gets in your way music! Caustic and skull-caving. Extremely fast tempo, heavy guitars, excellent breakdowns, earth-shaking drums and Griffith’s incredible growls are the groundwork for this masterpiece."

Album Review: Swingshot - Farewell The Season EP
"Heavy metal, hardcore, blues, hard rock, and swing. These are all the genres that come up when fans talk about Swingshot. These guys are as good as it gets when it comes to the metal scene. I was recently introduced to Swingshot not that long ago and I'm so pleased that I was shown this because this EP completely blew me away. 4 out of 5 members have vocal parts so you are getting different vocal styles mixed with metal riffs and machine gun style drumming. I have listened to this EP about 20 times and I'm still having a hard time pointing out my favorite song because all 6 tracks are pure genius..."

Farewell the Season
There is nothing more hauntingly chilling than the discovery of something so amazing, so honest that it leaves it's audience with the feeling that they have stumbled upon something for which they themselves are unworthy of listening. This edge of the seat feeling from this EP resonates from the beginning to the end, with every second between forcefully pulling emotion from a place within you that, until that moment you didn't know existed. There is nothing about this album that is disappointing or underwhelming in anyway.
