This guy loves country music! Stan is an award-winning country songwriter and performer, back again with his second CD release titled "Ain't That Love". He's sometimes characterized as "a little bit Lovett, a little bit Buffet" - but he's also a whole lotta Stan.
Stan's debut CD, "Mexico" was released in February, 2004 to critical acclaim, charting both on the Americana Airplay (R&R) and Roots Music Report. He's won numerous awards, most notably the 2004 NHCMA CD of the year, Songwriter of the year, and the 2005 NACMAI Country CD of the year. He was a 2004 Mountain Stage NewSong finalist, and at this writing, Stan is a 2005 Kerrville New Folk finalist.
This latest release, "Ain't That Love", is a collection of country songs that tell a story of life, love, family, faith and values - in the way only Stan can tell it. it's fun, serious, happy, sad, but the best part, is that it's all real.

Stan's songs are easy to like, my daughter tells her friends!
