Syndakit Studios, started by Rod "Politico" Adkins in 2001, has come a long way from a Casio keyboard and a computer. Today Syndakit Studios boasts professional line equipment and software applications. A team of artists, producers, and promoters that will guarantee we are here to stay. As Politico says "We are G-Yo Politico" because Syndakit Studios consists of artists from across the globe. From Minneapolis, to Sweden, Syndakit Studios is building a truly global fan base.

Northern Sound: The Take Over is the culmination of almost 6 years of building a new genre in hip hop called "Northern Sound". Northern Sound music has been heavily influenced by several different genres of music to include: Rock, Electronica, Jazz, and R&B. Politico has blended all of these elements into a massive 20 track album that he is sure will bring praise from the most critical of listeners.

Minneapolis as of yet, has not had a major hip hop act to come from her borders. We believe the time has come for the North. The East Coast started it, the West had their chance, and the South is runnin the game now, it's time for the North to show we have what it takes to bring hip hop into the 21st century.
