ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Next up are Synthetica, who do a stunning set mixing drum and bass/dance with their own unique blend of metal. These guys didn’t use a drummer and they don’t need one- a tight, solid offering from a band who are the Welsh answer to Pendulum and who will no doubt be hitting a town near you very soon. What impressed me most about them was their cover songs. First they covered Skindred which of course got the place rocking. They then dared to do a Metallica track with a drum bass mix-when you’re playing to a metal crowd this is a very brave call but thanks to their confidence and ability they got away with it, and the end result was a wonderful set.
