Album Notes
This is a must for music afficianados. A good number of the musicians on this CD have gone on to national and international prominence. This is their music when they were young and just starting out. Dan Elliott of The Monterays went on to sing with Dion & The Belmonts. Ronnie Dio went on to Black Sabbath, Rainbow and more. Larry Santos wrote for the Four Seasons. Much more coming on future CD's. this will be a 4 CD set so do yourself a musical favor and get some earcandy. You will not be disappointed.

You had to be there. Otherwise this will not mean much unless you are a musicologist/historian or a Doo Wop freak or perhaps even an American Studies major who appreciates the fact that the "Dialtones" is/was the hippest name in Doo Wop or that Paul Cortwright was the best 16 yr old bass singer ever. And if 'Little Jan' doesn't rip your heart out you've never been in a '56 Ford Crown Vic.
