The smooth jazz CD release entitled "Tablesalt" is a musical creation by a trio of musicians...(Reggie Hamilton, Daryl Woods and Terry Salter - known to the world as "Tablesalt"). Stemming from various musical backgrounds and influences these 3 persons have come together to fuse their creative minds and talents to give you the elclectic smooth jazz, spiritual overtones, funk, classical influences, ambiant grooves, carribian flavor and so much more.

The title "Tablesalt" reflects the message from the group and each song. For as it says in scripture.."You are the salt of the Earth" (good people and kind hearts) and the universe is your table to feast upon...hence the notion of tablesalt. Feast upon the spirituality and indulge in the melodic and inspiring conveyances of the music as it soothes you, moves you and inspires you to higher plane.

As you indulge in this CD "I-240" takes you on a musical journey talking about the voyage of going back home to your humble beginnings, then "Salty" reflects that the road of life isn't always a breeze and that at some times life can and will be salty, bitter, uncomfortable at times. But in the midst of your joyney in life you'll find what the carribeans call "Irie" which means peace/joy....and in that peace you'll find that special somone who'll comfort you through your travels..hence, "Mrs Pooh" (everyone has or needs one). "Muddy Mississipi" dives into the depths of the inner man/woman to discover the abyss of life within ones self and how to reflect the GOD in you to others around you. And in doing that you'll find that "Liberation" that you seek from the stress, the dogma, strife, grief that sometimes this life can create. But "When U Need A Love" you'll come to find that there's NO greater love than the love from GOD. At that point of discovery, all you can do is hear and obey HIM as he says calmly..."Trust Me!". "Liberation will set a tone of peace around U and in all that you do; as you testify that "He's Still Amazing" in all that HE is.
