Production guru Tack-Fu continues his beat making wizardry with an unusual twist. The cd booklet divides the 21 tracks into two "sides." Side A features lyrical tracks from many talented emcess, and Side B features instrumental tracks laced with vocal samples from various sources such as documentary films, bible readings, and instructional records.
"What this album all comes down to is production, and that makes it good." Observes the Canadian hip-hop website 4th district, "Tack-Fu comes up strong on this piece, allowing his musical talent to be the greatest part of the show."
With a reputation for incorporating unique samples to craft his sound pieces, Tack-Fu treats your ears with something that fades away from the norm. "It's very interesting to listen to, both the early half and the latter half. The latter though, as it's slowly spoken, is more intriguing as you find yourself focusing more upon the words. And, you flow with various pictures painted within your mind. They create a unique, enhancing the listening experience. The compilation is dope. Well worth purchasing." Notes music critic Hugz Boss.
