As the old Japanese proverb says "Why make one when you can do it twice, at twice the price?" That's the sentiment LA/NYC based producer Take reflects as he returns with his third & fourth Buttermilk release to date: Colossal Volume 1 & 2. Celebrating the success of his previous releases Third Story and Pieces From the Puzzle, Take continues to push the boundaries of instrumental hip-hop composition with 2 brand new EP's. Next in line to blow up, Take has been compared to the likes of Prefuse, Shadow, and RJD2 amongst others.
