Take Me Home is the fourth "home" compilation featuring women singer-songwriters to be independently released by Raymond Steiner, all which benefit Children International. Children International can be contacted at 1-800-888-3089 or at www.children.org.

Musically, the styles range from pop to folk to rock to roots to Americana. The album is anchored by award winning and exceptional singers such as Lucy Kaplansky, Amy Fairchild, Natalia Zukerman, Jan Smith, and Kate Klim.

One hundred percent of the sales of this compilation go to Children International, a nonprofit organization with its headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri. Children International’s programs benefit over 322,000 children and their families in 11 countries around the world, including Chile, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Mexico, the Philippines, Zambia and the United States.

The first album, Home, was awarded Best Compilation Album in 2006 by Just Plain Folks. Its follow up was Back Home, a double CD, with 34 women artists. A third compilation The Holidays At Home featured all original Christmas and Holiday songs by sixteen top independent women artists.

This album also features songs by Brooke Ramel, Sarah Lentz, Karen Jacobsen, Marina V, Lizanne Knott, Mare Wakefield, and Kellee Bradley all of whom have generously donated their music on other home compilations. Other noteworthy artists include the gifted Kathy Phillips, actress Martha Byrne, and the uniquely talented Julia Macklin.
