ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Taktile delivers merit worthy lyrics over equally potent production. Hailing from the North Hollywood area in So Cal, taktile has begun to shift plates in the topography. With a few notches in his belt such as recording in the home of rap O.G. Ice -T or winning an event in the Sunkist Sunlab competition, taktile is well on his way to carving out some more leather.

Within the nine tracks on "Open Letter" taktile sets the problems in hip hop on the table and "brings the bill." The self proclaimed "Scott Storch with a mic" has a well equipped live performance in which he is set apart from others by his ability to rock the crowd without "thirty other emcees!" However, since we must sum up our artists sound: introducing Ice Cube meets XZIBIT, meets N.E.R.D. meets Scott Storch.
