ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
These Kentuckians have been playing music together for several years (since the 8th grade in fact!) and moved together to their current home of Chicago. The band's first album is cool and quirky, simultaneously fun and sophisticated, yet still a bit rough-around-the-edges. And, singer Atom Plasma has a voice that is truly hard not to love. The original tracks were recorded and mixed live and loose at Above the Cadillac Studios by two helpful friends from the band My Morning Jacket, while some final touch-ups and remixes were completed at Electrical Audio in Chicago. "The Future Burns the Sun" is currently being released on CD only and was mastered by J.J. Golden. Buy the album, love the songs, and watch for The Tallest on tour throughout the U.S.!
