Album Notes

She has been often compared to such legends as
Phyllis Hyman, Angela Bofill and Anita Baker.

Tanya was raised in New York and North Carolina. Her natural and amazing singing talent was discovered at a very young age as she began cultivating her sound in her local church choir. As her musical ability developed she won numerous regional awards for her singing (including New York State School Music Association) most recently she received an honorable mention certificate from the Billboard World Song Contest for her song "Tea for Two".

The highly anticipated debut release by Tanya Fermin entitled, "Special Invitation" is available now.
