Album Notes

Tara 's interest in music started at the age of 2, as she sang songs with a spoon for a microphone. She played the piano growing up. She was in show choirs in high school.

Tara bought her first guitar in college, and has played ever since. She has mainly taught herself. Tara has written her own songs, and has covered different genres of music. She really has developed her own through time. She has sung at weddings, funerals, competitions, benefits, open mics and her own shows at different venues.

There isn’t one specific genre you can label Tara ’s music under. One of her dreams has come true which was to produce a CD of her original songs, which also includes her soulful rendition of “Amazing Grace” that builds in emotion and rhythm.

5/3/2007 I have known Tara Henry for some 5 years now, and I can tell you that I've been waiting for this CD a very long time. I've always sung along at various gatherings, and I've come to know several of her songs, but to actually own the CD and play her music at my very disposal - it's the most wonderful feeling in the world. I recommend this CD to everyone. Tara's words are real and truly genuine. Thank you, Tara, for putting this together.
