Tarah New is not only a soulful singer, but also a soulful artist. She writes all her own lyrics, and every word of what she writes comes straight from her soul. Her mission in life is to use her talent for singing to share good messages through song with the world. She has been quoted as saying "My greatest hope is to inspire people with my music." She writes and sings because, she says, "it's the only thing that feels right to me. We're all here on this earth for a reason. My reason, I've known since I was a child, is to sing. And not to sing just random, mindless words, but to sing songs that tell powerful stories that mean something to me, and hopefully, to the world."
