Tasche began singing at the age of 5. By the time he was 15 was touring with the Godfather of Gospel Music and writer of "Oh Happy Day" Edwin Hawkins. Upon completing High School, He attended the Grove School of Music's Keyboard Instruction Program in Southern California.
After graduating Tasche decided to move back to northern California and pursue a formal education at University of California at Berkeley where while he was studying he was also touring with two major label artists Toni Tony Tone and Kenny Lattimore. After graduating with a baccalaureate degree in Sociology he started his own audio production company named Tasche Vibe Music.
While producing albums for numerous independent artists for Tasche Vibe Music in Hip Hop, R&B, Rap, Jazz, Blues and Rock genres of music, Tasche has toured performed and toured all over the world with many major and independent artists like Goapele, The Braxton Brothers and Howard Hewitt Alexander O'Neal and Cherelle.
In addition to this he works with numerous major motion picture soundtracks for clients such as Sony Music Entertainment Inc., Motown/Universal, Columbia and Walt Disney Records.
Tasche has proven to be a talent to be reckoned with. Rarely does a producer/performer cover such a wide range of music. However, in addition to his success as a producer and performer Tasche produced and recorded his first solo debut CD released in 2008.
