Album Notes

Who is Taylor Mosley?

Taylor Mosley is a talented singer, songwriter, and producer from Seattle Washington. He is bringing his own unique soulful and refreshing style to the forefront. His music is authentic and from the heart. “Sensitive, fresh, and vibrant is the best way to describe Mosley,” says Musica, a popular music publication in Seattle. Taylor’s musical roots run deep. Stemming from his Grandfather a successful jazz musician and bass player of the Chuck Miller Trio, who where signed with Capitol Records, to his mother who has sang professionally and who now teaches voice. At age 14 Taylor fell in love with his music. He started out writing poems and lyrics. Then he moved deeper into song writing and production. Mosley has also been perfecting the craft of singing through vocal coaching ever since junior high. Some of his influences are some of the old time greats such as, Stevie Wonder, Teddy Pendergrass, Al Green, and Earth, Wind and Fire. He has incorporated all his influences to create a distinctive “Taylor Mosley” sound.

Some words from Taylor:

“I’m a very outgoing person. I love to meet people. My passions in life are God and music. I love my family and friends; they mean a lot to me. I work very hard and pride myself in everything I do and I’m definitely my own worst critic. Music is so powerful. It can move someone to change his or her current state of mind at a specific time and that amazes me, I believe my music can produce that. I talk about life, love, and the Lord-three topics everyone can relate to and feel.
Taylor has accomplished a lot in the Seattle music scene. He has attain main rotation on popular radio stations, performed on UPN, at the Puyallup Fair, Miss Washington pageant, a guest on a UPN 11 TV show, moved many albums, built strong professional relationships, featured in newspaper articles , radio interviews, and much more. Mosley is ready to go to the next level. The industry is always looking for something fresh. Taylor and his team believe that he will fill that position.

Kind of the next Usher, Massari or Shawn Desman
author: Linda Koennecke
This young singer from the streets of Seattle is kind of the next Usher, Massari or Shawn Desman. Fans of this kind of R&B will also like Mosleys new record with some radio friendly up tempos. Sometimes a littly arty, but still on the way to his next major deal.
