Album Notes

After years of 12-step support group meetings, TC can now admit that she was born in Midland, Texas, but folks in Houston have been putting up with her since before there were traffic jams on loop I-610.

In 1999, she left a really good-paying job to pursue music full-time. When not performing, TC schleps heavy sound gear across the state for fun and profit. This futile effort can be read about at soundchick.net

Her musical influences don't know she's alive, but include David Wilcox, Chuck Pyle, Shawn Colvin, Allison Krauss Dave Gardner, Tom Lehrer, Mary Chapin-Carpenter and Jo Dee Messina.

She also masquerades as booking and artists' agent for Jack Saunders of White Cat Records in Houston, Texas. After much wailing and gnashing of teeth, he gave in and produced several albums for her.
