After terrorizing the Pentecostal church next door with seemingly endless hours of high-decibel tonal experimentation (executed in a cavernous former storefront church), Doctors Kimball, Kominsky, and Hunter moved out to a broken-down old cottage oustide of the city and in the summer heat of 2002 to sweat out the music that would form their first album. People are Breeding... was completed in the fall of 2002 with Mark Ospovat at his analog studio, Emandee, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

A transgressive and undefinable combustion of thrashing blasts and orgiastic rhythmic variations with vocals that range from agonizing howls to delicate harmonies, the EP was eagerly snatched up by peers in the community and immediately accorded their shows throughout the forefront of the Brooklyn/New York scene.
