Howdy Folks!!
However you came by this page is no accident! You are here to experience and listen to some very enlightening \"virtual orchestra\" type of music. And by the way, I do loathe that classification, {along with \"New Age\"} as it is so much more than that.
This music has been used over and over again by 90 different massage therapists, spas, wellness centers, etc. over the years so it\'s been validated over and over!
About the album:
I used the Druid/Pagan concept of their year... being the 13 moon calendar. I wrote every one of those songs during either the full or new moon of each month.
Yes, they\'re an eclectic mix of styles... but also they\'re also trippy, gorgeous soundscapes as well!
Fave Tracks:
\"Beginnings\"--it\'s a jubilant, hopeful, and inspiring wish-I-was-flying kinda piece.
\"Naiah\" (which is the Hawaiian word for \"dolphin\") is a moody, melancholy piece with a chamber orchestra sound.
\"Nancy Agnes\" (named after a wonderful woman who plays the organ!) is a pretty, technical organ piece straight out of cathedral at Notre Dame.
\"Raindrops\" --\"like raindrops from the eyes\" is how it was reviewed. Beautiful and melodic, cascading arpeggios like a thunderstorm.
\"Liberty\" Reminds one of the founding fathers sitting around discussing the new constitution. Very visual, hopeful, slightly dissonant! ...And straight out of the American Revolution.
\"These Times\" Truly a lovely, gentle soundscape if ever there was one. A bouquest of beauty arranged in an auditory form.
\"Prophecy\" Tranquil and turbulent, contrasting and melodic, it blows the mind in it\'s ambitious compositional style. It works, by the way, very well!
