"I'm Goin' Home"
author: Tim Sparks (American acoustic guitar virtuoso: Best Acoustic Gui
I remember Ted Unseth as the brilliant arranger/conductor and bandleader who corralled a bunch of 20-year-olds into the Wolverines Classic Jazz Orchestra, one of the most amazing Jazz ensembles of the 1970’s. I had no idea he was also a great guitarist and songwriter, as demonstrated on this set of rare tracks from the late ‘60’s – early ‘70’s: his “I’m Goin’ Home”CD. It’s strange but beautiful Country. You should visit, you’ll like it.

Ted Unseth - Quencher of Thirsts?
author: Tabor McFarland
I've spent my life seeking to quench my ecclectic musical "thirst" and have the massive, mostly obscure, music collection to prove it. In this album, Ted Unseth manages to put my decades old thirst to rest. Ted's mellifluous vocal meanderings are pure and smooth and easy on the ear and merge effortlessly with some of the most innovative guitar work I've heard since the first time I heard Mark Knopfler. Be sure to check out Hey There Dog, or Your Lady on the River, both clearly born of pain and heartfelt emotion. As a true lover of nearly all things musical, I've always made it my policy to NEVER identify my "favorite" song on ANY album, but if you're only going to listen to one track, I'd recommend Fallin' Down in Rainy Weather, as it superbly showcases both the vocal and guitar pickin' talents of this AMAZING singer/songwriter/musician. If you're anything like I was and you suffer from an unquenchable musical thirst, this album is a MUST have! Thank you Mr. Unseth! All I can say is, may we have more?
