TEE-M (Tariq Mirza) grew up in Karachi, Pakistan hearing rock/pop on the short-wave radio, listening to street musicians playing the tunes of the land and learning to strum on a hand-me-down guitar.
TEE-M's first album EARTHIOTIC...songsfromaoneroompalace made it's worldwide debut on Mike Stark's (author, Black Sabbath: An Oral History) "Rock 50" internet radio show on wpmd.org
The cd was reviewed and critiqued live by Bernard Baur* (Music Connection Mag) "TEE-M is a very, very solid songwriter...this album is a remarkable achievement" and Mike Stark* "I'm a huge fan...I love this record!".
This was the first time ever that an album by an unsigned artist was reviewed and critiqued live by two nationally known pop writers.
EARTHIOTIC...songsfromaoneroompalace is produced by Geoff Tyson (stimulatorband.com) and Tariq Mirza and released on coolvinylrecords with worldwide distribution through

(a genre busting show, where the UNsigned revolution is on) which celebrated its anniversary with fourteen artists performing live (also a first in internet radio) and capped off the party with an all-star UNsigned finale of TEE-M's song Aao, Aao, Aao.

* "This is an artist who is taking a courageous step and breaking rules that most people follow".
--Bernard Baur (Music Connection)
* "The thing about New Orleans and Aao,Aao,Aao and some of his other songs is that they are so catchy...They get embedded in your mind. I guess that's what makes a great pop song".
