Album Notes

The Telephones are an independent rock quartet based in Brooklyn, NY, founded in 2001 by singer/guitarist Jesse Adelman and keyboardist Bradley Albert. Together with bassist Anton Kreisl and drummer Mike Reed, The Telephones have grown to become one of New York's best-loved and critically-acclaimed unsigned bands, performing songs with big melodies, clever lyrics, and a classic, album-rock sound. The band's soon-to-be-released, self-produced and recorded "Volume 1" EP represents a big step forward, claiming new sonic territory all their own.
