"Sacred Awakening" is the first production of Sraddha Yoga, the umbrella business that encompasses all of Lisa Temoshok's healing arts activities. Temoshok is on the faculty of the Albany Kripalu Yoga Center, a non-profit yoga center and the largest Kripalu-affiliated studio in the United States. She teaches in her own studio and at other sites in upstate New York. Temoshok leads workshops in Yoga Nidra and Sound~Yoga and also works with clients individually to create yoga practices specific to their lives.

Temoshok received her professional yoga certification at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, Massachusetts. She has studied and practiced yoga, meditation and the healing arts since 1986. She is currently at work on a book about the practice of teaching yoga entitled, "The Spacious Heart."
