Album Notes

Looking for that long lost NRBQ record, something that embodies that bands' wacky, yet tune eclecticism? You just found out! After a two much-accoladed discs on ESD in the early/mid 90's, Terry Anderson blasts back into our lives with the best "Q"-sounding record since "Grooves In Orbit" and, hey, even Big Al Anderson (NRBQ) co-writes and helps out with singing on a few songs, as well. Roots-rock swagger ladled with refined melodic soul for catchy sing-a-along choruses that will elicit streams of "whussups" as you order another Bud for your pals. Flashy rawk guitars, lunatic fringe vocals and humor-filled lyrics that are sure-footed and irreverant. God bless the boy now and always as records like this just don't get made anymore and remind us all why we just want to have fun and rock out sometimes. A spontaneously good time will be had by all!

First of all..listen to "Killin in Dillon". This is a Chuck Berry kinda rocker like the Satellites "Keep your hands to yourself". A classic. If you like the two who are mentioned above you can“t go wrong with a cd of great rock and roll like it meant to be( If i talk about Rock & Roll i mean Chuck Berry.) This music should rule the airwaves.

I'll drink to That is a reflection on one of Rock and Roll's best SongWriters. Terry Anderson who wrote "I love you Period" and "Battleship Chains" continues to impress with songs like "Killin down in dillin" and "Church Folks Comin". Terry is the heart and soul of the SuperGroup "The Yayhoos". Buy I'll drink to that. It's everything you wanted without having to take your clothes off.
