Singer-songwriter Terry Tario has had a few close-calls with success over the years but so far... no cigar. A few years back he and his band were finalists in MUSICIAN magazine's annual Best Unsigned Band Contest placing in the top 25 out of over 6,000 entries, worldwide, three years in a row. He has had material picked up by major-name artists as well as publishing houses and film companies but still... no cigar.

Inspired by bands like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, John Hiatt and Tom Petty, Terry Tario writes songs are about love, hope, faith and how life's road is filled with potholes of doubt, tailgating guilt and the inevitable curve of fear and the unknown ahead.

The 17 songs on this CD were recorded loose and live with as few overdubs as possible so that the overall feel and vibe would be as the title indicates... Scratched & Raw.
