The Good Bad Guys are primarily driven by the creative songwriting and instrumentation of Luke McCartney backed by the driving drumbeats of Chris Plyem. In 1999, Luke moved to NYC to pursue his musical interests which have since included playing in several bands as a singer/songwriter and the release of four albums of original material. "Burn Away" is The Good Bad Guys first EP which includes thought provoking lyrics, melancholic synth sounds, creative acoustic and guitar lines, and powerful drum arrangements. It is the culmination of a personal exploration into music as an expression of oneself and modern society as a whole.
