The Banjo Frog Music Club was formed from an idea to create music which could be enjoyed by grandparents, parents and children together. Musicians Karen Doyle and Alan Blyth plus songwriter Robert Blyth joined together to produce songs that would entertain and educate children, while still having appeal to parents and grandparents.
With help from family and friends they put together the music and songs for the Banjo Frog’s first CD. Young and old have played their part - from the debut of a 4 year old singer (Owen ) singing the “ hairy scary rat” to Grandad Al on the spider song.
The BFMC has had lots of help from cousins, uncles, aunts, sons, daughters, dads, mums and grandparents plus friends who became members along the way, and helped build The Banjo Frog Music Club
