"New Friends" creator Mike O'Brian resides in northern San Diego. Mike is a radio programming executive.
Randy Cox who co-produced the story, is an audio producer and voice-over artist.
Recording Artist/Singer/Songwriter Steve Poltz (Jewel, Rugburns) wrote and performed all of the music in the "New Friends" CD.

You know what? My kids love this CD...it's nice to finally have them asking me to play something that isn't a TV show or gameboy...this is truly something that will kick start their imagination. And honestly, as a huge fan of Steve Poltz, I find myself singing along with the songs too!

excellent cd for kids of all ages

As a grandma I can highly recommend this cd for children of any age. It won't be thrown in a heap with other toys and forgotten. You will love to watch your grandchildren's expressions as they listen-you can see the wheels of their imaginations turning. I find myself singing the songs for a couple of days after listening to it. How refreshing to find something for our grandchildren that is wholesome and fun. I hope there is a sequel.

Sparked my kids imaginations

I don't want my kids watching countless, mindless hours of TV while there brains become stagnate, so I have purchased several CD's like the "barn" to spark their imaginations. It's wonderful...they really get a chance to paint the canvas in their own minds of what the barn looks like etc. and they can't stop singing the songs! I would highly recommend this CD to anyone with children.

My kids absolutely love this CD! It's a fun, energetic story that allows the kids to use their imagination. It teaches a good lesson on friendship and encourages the kids to be a good friend. My kids enjoy singing along, and I enjoy hearing their laughter as they listen. I would defintely recommend this CD to children of all ages!
