Shake well at Rock rithm, strain into a chilled Hard glass and garnish with Irony.

The Bone is a project conceived in aprile 2004. It was born inspired to Mark Sandman's Morphine concernign the sound and seeks immediately its own original way, where the different musical experiences of the band members merge into: the result is a blues rock, with dark, hard and psychedelic tones.

In october they recorded, live and without overdubbing, the demo “Live & Direct”, available in mp3 on www.thebone.it

In 2007 comes to life 'Zoo', the first band record, strictly self-produced: 10 tracks where the live audio impact is manteined thanks to the rhythmics once again recorded live and not overdubbed while on voice and saxophone the studio work allows to expand the spectrum of soundings shades. So granitic songs like 'zoo Babylon', 'Medicine' and 'walking the Land' are flanked by dreamy ('two Angels') or pondering ('Speak', 'The thing I have in Mind') moments. Everything always dressed with the proper dose of irony.

The use of just three instruments (all defined by a low registry and played in a not-conventional way) and a particular care in the arrangements give rise to songs which posses the typical rock freshness but allow variance on the classic song schemes that stimulate the more demanding ears.

Listen to believe.
