I got this CD about a week ago and it hasn't left my stereo yet. The melodies are surpassed only by the often (but not always) thoughtful, illustrative lyrics. Every song is worth the trip, but the high point is Telescope. "They're throwing rocks at our telescopes again, music don't seem to learn idiots nothing, you said."

Newly, it is the soundtrack to long days in an office with no windows. I assure you, it is the only thing keeping my sanity. Lovely and flowing, the melodies relax my tense shoulders and remind me that every five days, I get two days off. The cd on the whole is absolutely tops, but every time negative space rolls around I put the assault rifle back in my desk and let the passersby pass, unharmed.

Music from another land!

A fine example of modern psychedelia. Fervent breathy vocals turn somersaults around imaginative lyrics. The music is laid-back, effortlessly shifting time signatures and tempos. Mellow and exciting at the same time.
A very pleasant album! I hope this won't be all in their musical catalogue.
