Coming in at the end of the 2Tone era, before the big US ska boom, The Butlers hail from Germany and we a major part of the European \"post 2tone\" ska movement. Sharing sounds and similarities with bands like Skaos, The Busters, Die Ping Pongs, The Trojans and many more. In 2001 they disbanded but not before releasing many great albums. With their Hammond organ driven sound, this band rides the spectrum of ska music. A very versatile group that can drop the reggae beats and pick them back up for a fast moving ska shuffle then take it to the top with a rocksteady dance number. Singing in both German and English as well as having a well rounded horn section, this band is sure to please any fan of ska music from any era of its existence!
