Album Notes

The Chasing was formed in North Idaho in 2007 by four high school friends - each with his own with musical prestige and talent. Each band member had been playing music for several years, each in their own respective churches and other musical projects. The Chasing has been presented many opportunities in their short career thus far, and they have taken advantage of them with promising results. With most of the band members at age 18, The Chasing is on its way to earning a head start in the music industry.

In 2008, The Chasing won the two largest battles of the bands in their neighboring city, Spokane Washington. Their musical accomplishment has been well noted in Spokane. Their concerts have been aired on local TV and featured on Comcast on Demand. They have been interviewed both on TV and radio, they have recieved awards of achievement from the Spokane City Council, and they have been asked to play at functions put on by the Mayor of Spokane.

The Chasing is proud to be releasing their first CD with Tate Music Group. The Chasing delivers their unique brand of alternate/pop rock in this debut album entitled - The Son Won't Turn Around. This album artfully expresses the musical journey that The Chasing has experienced over the past two years.
