Album Notes

The first release from The Enablers, A Big Pile of Sand was recorded in 2004-2005, and features nine original songs showing a range of influences from 70's album rock (Mars and The Moon) to electric funk with a Zappa-like vocal performance (The Snake). Ballads like Writing On The Wall and a gentle folk Wherewego* balance out the gritty distortion of Burning Bridges.

Newly released on Sandbox Music Productions Box Of Sand label, A Big Pile Of Sand sets the stage for the next release from The Enablers, due late 2012/early 2013.
