Amid the endless sub categorization of music today, The Flood embodies all that is truly original rock. Their music combines the integrity and enthusiasm of rock’s legends, but delivers it in a modern era. The band, native to Philadelphia, consists of Michael Greto (vocals, rhythm guitar); Joseph Primavera (lead guitar); Matt Tenaglia (bass guitar); and Christoph Miller (drums). Since The Flood’s debut performance in December 2005 at Philly’s North Star Bar, the support has grown in immense proportions. The Flood has recently headlined Philly’s most popular live music club, Grape Street Philadelphia, and co-headlined the historical Trocadero Theatre. The band's beginning came in early 2003 when Greto and Miller began making music together as an early incarnation of what was to come.
