Album Notes
The Future Unwritten from Philadelphia, PA are a high energy rock band. The record features driving Tommy Stinson(The Replacements) style bass alongside Keith Moon (The Who) inspired rhythms layered with Garth Hudson(The Band)-esque keyboards and held together with big guitar sounds resembling groups such as The Hold Steady and The Drive By Truckers. The band shares song writing and vocal responsibility's which creates a unique soulful punk sound. The collection of songs was written over the past few years and reflects the passion, energy, triumphs and struggles of three working men in their 20's from the Philadelphia area. The band has been rocking the mid-Atlantic circuit since 2005 and has a developed an incredibly energetic stage show sharing the stage with national acts the Neon Tree's, Jessica Lee Mayfield and local acts Cheers Elephant and New Sweden to name a few.
